地铁车辆自主监造优化研究

Research on Optimization of Independent Supervision of Metro Vehicles

首先从地铁运营方的角度出发,分析地铁车辆监造过程中组织架构、生产进度把控、质量管理等方面存在的问题,并对问题逐一分析。其次从运营方自主监造的角度对地铁车辆监造的组织架构设置、生产进度控制和生产质量控制提出相应的优化改进措施,从而达到提升地铁车辆监造进度控制能力和质量管控能力的目标,为后续车辆自主监造工作提供参考。

From the perspective of the subway operator, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the organizational structure, production schedule control and quality management in the supervision process, analyzes the problems one by one. In this paper, it puts forward corresponding optimization and improvement measures for the organizational structure setting, production schedule control and production quality control of subway vehicle supervision from the perspective of the independent supervision of the operator, so as to achieve the goal of improving the progress control ability and quality control ability of metro vehicle supervision, and provide reference for subsequent independent vehicle supervision.
