摘要 为系统地收集、存储和利用核电设备监造领域的技术知识,创建了兼具全文检索和标签检索功能的全文数据库,并通过文档共享编辑功能,对知识添加批注和建立链接,构建了全员共建、开放式的知识管理系统。知识管理系统有利于组织内部隐性知识的挖掘、固化分享,使组织可利用的知识量逐步积累,提高员工工作效率,增强了组织的核心竞争力,推动了设备监理专业领域内的知识管理向系统化、数字化和智能化方向转变。 In order to systematically collect, store and utilize the technical knowledge of nuclear power equipment manufacturing supervision, a full-text database with full-text retrieval and label retrieval functions is created. Through the document shared editing function, the knowledge is annotated and linked, and an open knowledge management system is constructed. The knowledge management system is conducive to the search and sharing of hidden knowledge within the organization, which gradually accumulates the amount of knowledge available to the organization, improves the working efficiency, strengthens the competitiveness of the organization, and promotes the knowledge management of equipment supervision to be systematic, digital and intelligent.
