一种垃圾转运车清洗废水处理工艺的设计

摘要 以上海朱家角清运保洁有限公司垃圾转运车清洗废水处理工程为例,制定了气浮+EGSB+A/O+MBR组合处理工艺,并分析了其处理效果。分析表明,在接种污泥24 d后,COD进水浓度为5400~8300 mg/L时,去除率可稳定达到95%以上;氨氮进水浓度为130~170 mg/L时,去除率可达到86%以上;TP进水浓度为18~25 mg/L时,系去除率可稳定达到81%以上,工艺系统出水可稳定满足《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199—2018),具有较高的工程实践借鉴意义。 Taking the garbage transfer vehicle cleaning wastewater treatment project of Shanghai Zhujiajiao Cleaning and Transportation Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies the treatment effect of Air Flotation+EGSB+A/O+MBR combined treatment process.The analysis shows that after inoculating sludge for 24 days,when the influent COD concentration is 5400~8300 mg/L,the removal rate can be stabilized to more than 95%;when the influent concentration of ammonia nitrogen is from 130~170 mg/L,the removal rate can reach more than 86%;when the influent concentration of TP is 18~25 mg/L,the removal rate of TP in the system could stably reach more than 81%.The effluent from the process system can stably meet the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard(DB 31/199—2018),and has a high significance for engineering practice.
