摘要
Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷膜具有分离精度高、操作简单、无污染等优点,在污水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。以异丙醇铝为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了AlOOH溶胶,通过浸渍-提拉法涂覆在Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷支撑体上,经烧结得到Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷膜,重点探究了硝酸比例对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷滤膜涂膜性能的影响。研究发现,硝酸比例对调控AlOOH溶胶粒径有显著效果,当硝酸比例增大至0.6时,AlOOH溶胶粒径由65.21 nm增大至110.03 nm,同时Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷膜的孔径由2.59 nm增大至14.75 nm,纯水通量由53.4 L/(m^(2)·h·bar)上升至90.7 L/(m^(2)·h·bar),孔隙率由46.7%上升至54.0%。
Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic membrane has such advantages as high separation accuracy,simple operation and zero pollution,which has a good application prospect in the wastewater treatment field.AlOOH sol was prepared by sol-gel method with aluminum isopropanol as the precursor,and coated on theAl_(2)O_(3) ceramic support body by impregnation-pulling method,and theAl_(2)O_(3) ceramic film was obtained by sintering treatment,and the influence of nitric acid on the coating performance of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic filter film was explored.It was found that the proportion of nitric acid had a significant effect on regulating the particle size of AlOOH sol.When the proportion of nitric acid increased to 0.6,the particle size of AlOOH sol increased from 65.21 nm to 110.03 nm,and the pore size of Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic film increased from2.59 nm to 14.75 nm.The pure water flux increased from 53.4 L/(m^(2)·h·bar)to 90.7 L/(m^(2)·h·bar),and the porosity increased from 46.7%to 54.0%.
