摘要
基于目前客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在“外科护理学”课程教学中的应用现状,分析了其在“外科护理学”教学和考核中的应用内容与形式,指出将OSCE应用于临床护理技能测试中可以避免传统考试的偶然性和变异性;能恒定、逼真地模仿临床病人情况,扮演病人、教师和评估者等多重角色,既可以为学生提供一个标准化环境,增加考试的公平性,也可以给学生在模拟的临床场景中锻炼的机会,减少进入临床与病人产生冲突的可能。此外,将OSCE应用于教学评价中,可以考察学生对专业技能的掌握程度,对提高临床教学质量有重要指导意义,同时教学与评价的整合可以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效率。
This paper mainly describes the current application statues of OSCE in the teaching of Surgical Nursing,analyzes its contents and forms in the teaching and assessment of Surgical Nursing.The application of OSCE in clinical nursing skills test can avoid the contingency and variability of traditional examinations.OSCE can imitate the situation of clinical patients in a constant and realistic way.Multiple roles such as patients,teachers and evaluators can be played,which can not only provide students with a standardized environment and increase the fairness of examinations,but also give students the opportunity to exercise in simulated clinical scenarios and reduce the possibility of conflicts between clinical and patients.The application of OSCE in teaching evaluation can identify the skills that students have mastered,which has important guiding significance for improving the quality of clinical teaching.At the same time,the integration of teaching and evaluation can easily stimulate students′interest in learning and improve learning efficiency.
