乌灵胶囊联合奥卡西平对癫痫患者GFAP、BAFF的影响

Effect of Wuling capsules combined with oxcarbazepine on GFAP and BAFF in patients with epilepsy

目的探究乌灵胶囊联合奥卡西平对癫痫患者GFAP、BAFF的影响。方法选取86例癫痫患者,按随机数表法分为对照组与联合组,各43例。对照组给予奥卡西平进行治疗,联合组给予乌灵胶囊联合奥卡西平进行治疗。记录2组治疗前后癫痫发作频率。采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)对患者精神状态进行评定。酶联免疫吸附法检测白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、丙二醛(MDA)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、B细胞活化因子(BAFF)水平,对比治疗前后2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,联合组阵挛发作频率、强直发作频率、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、SOD、8-OHdG、GFAP、BAFF水平低于对照组,MMSE评分、MDA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组临床疗效(88.37%,38/43)高于对照组(67.44%,29/43)(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫患者能够降低患者癫痫发作频率,改善精神状态,减轻炎症反应,改善氧化应激水平,改善GFAP、BAFF水平,临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wuling capsules combined with oxcarbazepine on GFAP and BAFF in patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 86 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine,while the combination group was treated with Wuling capsules and oxcarbazepine.The seizure frequencies of epilepsy were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.The mental state of the patients was assessed with the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),superoxide dismutase(SOD),8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine(8-OHdG),malondialdehyde(MDA),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and B-cell activating factor(BAFF).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clonic seizure frequency,tonic seizure frequency,the levels of IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α,SOD,8-OHdG,GFAP,BAFF in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,while the MMSE score and the MDA level were higher(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the combination group(88.37%,38/43)was higher than that of the control group(67.44%,29/43)(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsules combined with oxcarbazepine can reduce the seizure frequency of epilepsy,improve their mental state,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve the level of oxidative stress and the levels of GFAP and BAFF in patients with epilepsy,achieving a significant clinical effect.
