基于“产教、专创”双融合的新商科应用型人才培养路径研究

随着新一轮科技革命和产业革命的加速演进,新产业、新业态、新商业模式不断涌现,对新商科应用型人才培养模式提出了新的要求。推进“产教、专创”双融合,打造基于“专业+创新创业+产业”的育人模式,是培养新商科应用型人才的必由之路。文章认为基于“产教、专创”双融合的新商科应用型人才培养要加强顶层制度设计,深化课程及教学改革,强化师资队伍建设,完善实践教育体系。

With the accelerated evolution of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, new industries, new formats and new business models are emerging, which puts forward new requirements for the new business applied talents training model. The only way to cultivate new business application-oriented talents is to promote the integration of “Industry-Education, Specialty-Innovation” and create an education model based on “specialty+innovation and entrepreneurship+industry”. The article believes that the cultivation of new business applied talents based on the dual integration of “Industry-Education, Specialty-Innovation” should strengthen the top-level system design, deepen the curriculum and teaching reform, strengthen the construction of teachers, and improve the practical education system.
