新冠肺炎疫情背景下高校图书馆数字资源量化后评估指标体系研究——以河南省高校为例

Research on the quantitative post evaluation index system of digital resources of university libraries under the COVID-19:taking the universities in Henan province as an example

新冠肺炎疫情下,高校图书馆服务更多地从线下转到线上,读者对数字资源的需求更加强烈。对高校图书馆数字资源的使用情况进行量化评估,以便为图书馆合理构建数字资源提供理论依据和数据支撑。高校采购的数字资源具有资源类型全面、学科覆盖面广等特点,但目前还存在着各种资源利用不均衡的问题。文章主要以高校采购的数字资源使用情况、成本效益、数据商服务以及读者反馈情况为依据,将定性评价和定量评估相结合,利用专家评价法对数字资源后评估各项指标进行权重赋值,针对图书馆评价和读者评价初步建立一个简单易操作的数字资源后评估指标量化体系。

Under the COVID-19, university library services are more transferred from offline to online, and readers have a stronger demand for digital resources. This paper quantitatively evaluates the use of digital resources in university libraries in order to provide theoretical basis and data support for the rational construction of digital resources in libraries. The digital resources purchased by colleges and universities have the characteristics of comprehensive resource types and wide subject coverage, but there are still problems of unbalanced utilization of various resources. Based on the use of digital resources purchased by colleges and universities, cost-effectiveness, data provider services and reader feedback, the paper combines qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation, uses expert evaluation method to assign weights to various indicators of digital resources post evaluation, and initially establishes a simple and easy operation quantitative system of digital resources post evaluation indicators for library evaluation and reader evaluation.
