国内外合成酯航空发动机油储存稳定性考察

Investigation on Storage Stability of Synthetic Ester Aero Engine Lubricants at Home and Abroad

摘要 合成酯航空发动机油具有良好的润滑性能和高温性能,但是也存在着抗水解性能差的缺点,影响到合成酯航空发动机油的储存稳定性,使合成酯航空发动机油的储存时间受限。为此用加速储存试验和水解安定性试验对国内外几种合成酯航空发动机油进行了考察,并依据试验后的酸值来评判合成酯航空发动机油的储存稳定性。结果表明,国产合成酯航空发动机油的储存稳定性和水解安定性整体上略优于进口合成酯航空发动机油,同时可以通过提升包装物的密封性能和减少环境中的水分来提高国产合成酯航空发动机油的储存稳定性。 Synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants had good lubricity and high temperature performance.However,it also had the disadvantages of poor hydrolysis resistance,which affected the storage stability of synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants and limited the storage time of synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants.Therefore,several synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants at home and abroad were investigated by accelerated storage test and hydrolysis stability test,and the storage stability of synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants was evaluated according to the acid value after the test.The results showed that the storage stability and hydrolysis stability of domestic synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants were slightly better than that of imported synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants.At the same time,the storage stability of domestic synthetic ester aeroengine lubricants could be improved by improving the sealing performance of the packaging and reducing the moisture in the environment.
