纳米镍微粒在甘油中的摩擦学特性

摘要 甘油成本低廉,是一种常见的润滑剂,而寻找改良甘油润滑性能的方法是亟待解决的问题。为了改善甘油的摩擦学特性,在甘油中添加了纳米镍微粒,并对纳米镍微粒在甘油中的摩擦学特性,磨损表面形貌及流变学特性进行了研究。发现在甘油中添加0.05%纳米镍微粒可以有效提高甘油的摩擦学特性,甘油的摩擦因数下降了约7%,磨损体积下降了约31.6%,同时纳米镍微粒对磨损表面具有一定的修复作用。 Glycerol was a common lubricant with low cost,and it was an urgent problem to find a method to improve the lubricating performance of glycerol.In order to improve the tribological characteristics of glycerol,nickel nanoparticles were added into glycerol.The tribological characteristics,worn surface topography and rheological characteristics of nickel nanoparticles in glycerol were studied.It was found that the tribological characteristics of glycerol could be effectively improved by adding 0.05%nickel nanoparticles to glycerol.The friction coefficient of glycerol was reduced by about 7%,and the wear volume was reduced by about 31.6%.At the same time,the worn surface could be repaired by nickel nanoparticles.
