摘要 石墨烯具有良好的表面特性,电学特性,热学特性,机械特性及润滑特性,将石墨烯应用于润滑脂中已经成为研究热点。就石墨烯对润滑脂理化性能,热安定性,导电性能,摩擦学特性,抗腐蚀性能及流变学性能的影响进行了综述。石墨烯对不同类型润滑脂理化性能的影响并不相同,同时对润滑脂的流变学性能也有一定的影响。在低含量下石墨烯即可提高润滑脂的热安定性,导电性和摩擦学特性。石墨烯是润滑脂中极具应用潜力的功能添加剂。目前尚需在绿色制备石墨烯,采用分子模拟技术设计和可控合成石墨烯,石墨烯对润滑脂特性的影响以及与其他添加剂复配以提高润滑脂的性能等方面有待进一步研究。 Graphene had good surface characteristics,electrical characteristics,thermal characteristics,mechanical characteristics and lubrication characteristics.It had become a hotspot for the application of graphene in grease.It were reviewed for the effects of graphene on the physicochemical properties,thermal stability,electrical conductivity,tribological characteristics,corrosion resistance and rheological performances of grease.Graphene had different effects on the physicochemical properties of different types of grease,and also had a certain impact on the rheological properties of grease.Graphene under low content could improve the thermal stability,electrical conductivity and tribological characteristics of grease.Graphene was a functional additive with great application potential in grease.At present,it was still necessary to further study the green preparation of graphene,the design and controllable synthesis of graphene using molecular simulation technology,the influence of graphene on the characteristics of lubricating grease,and the combination with other additives to improve the performance of lubricating grease.
