摘要
为降低肟菌酯生产成本,对其合成工艺进行优化。以溴化物和间三氟甲基苯乙酮肟为原料,缩合反应合成肟菌酯,研究物料配比、反应温度、溶剂种类等对反应收率与含量的影响。采用“一锅投”方式,以三辛基甲基氯化铵为催化剂,甲基异丁基酮为溶剂,碳酸钠为缚酸剂,优化条件下,肟菌酯收率83.5%,含量98.3%。该合成方法收率高,工艺简单,适合工业化开发。
This paper aims to develop a new synthetic method of trifloxystrobin to reduce the cost.With bromide and m-trifluoromethylacetophenone oxime as raw materials,the influence factors of the last condensation such as material ratio,reaction temperature and different solvents were studied.Using one-pot feeding method,trioctyl methyl ammonium chloride as catalyst,methyl isobutyl ketone as solvent,sodium carbonate as acid binding agent,the yield of trifloxystrobin was 83.5%and the content was 98.3%under the optimized condition.This new synthetic method had the advantages of high yield,simple process and was suitable to be applied in industry.
