摘要
建立了一种检测草铵膦母药和水剂有效成分的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。该方法采用ZORBAX SAX色谱柱,DAD检测器,磷酸+磷酸二氢钾(质量比约1.96∶1)的水溶液作流动相,在195 nm紫外吸收波长下对草铵膦进行分离和定量检测。结果表明,该色谱操作条件下草铵膦质量浓度与其相应响应值之间表现出良好的线性关系,其线性回归相关系数(R^(2))为0.9998;母药和水剂的标准偏差分别为0.0810和0.0188;变异系数分别为0.16%和0.10%;平均回收率分别为100.44%和99.69%。该方法对草铵膦母药及其制剂具有良好的分析效果,可用于对相关产品质量的检测。
A HPLC method with ZORBAX SAX column and DAD detector for the determination of glufosinate-ammonium TK and AS was established under the condition of the aqueous solution of phosphoric acid and monopotassium phosphate(about 1.96∶1,w/w)as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength of 195 nm.The results showed that there was good linear relationship between the mass concentrations and their peak area of goufosinate-ammonium with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9998.The standard deviations of glufosinateammonium TK and AS were 0.0810 and 0.0188,the variation coefficients were 0.16%and 0.10%,the average recoveries were 100.44%and 99.69%,respectively.This method could be used to control the quality of glufosinate-ammonium and its relevant products.
