摘要
随着信息技术的发展,BIM技术已在建筑业生产力革命技术中展现出巨大价值并被广泛应用。BIM技术作为实现建筑业转型升级的新技术,成为当下解决复杂项目设计、建造及运维的有效工具。本文以兰州奥体中心项目为例,系统地阐述了BIM技术在大型体育场馆集群中异型建筑设计、施工中的综合应用,同时积极创新拓展BIM+新技术应用。实践证明,BIM技术的应用能有效实现“智慧化建造、数字化管控”,促进场馆项目平稳建设、高效实施,提升综合效益。
The construction industry is an important pillar industry of China′s national economic development.Today,with the rapid development of information technology,the traditional construction has been faced with unprecedented challenges,followed by the continuous promotion of digitization and informatization.BIM Technology is the product of digital development.At present,BIM Technology has been applied to architectural design and construction as a broad concept.With the maturity of technology and the improvement of implementation ability,BIM Technology has shown a well-deserved great value in the productivity revolution technology of the construction industry.As large-scale public buildings,Sports venues′construction is a living specimen and cultural symbol of the development of a city and even the whole country.Compared with general civil buildings,they have the characteristics of functionality,aggregation,sociality,science and technology.Therefore,their construction process also faces many complex problems.As a new technology to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,BIM Technology has become an effective tool to solve the design,construction and operation and maintenance of complex projects.Taking Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center project as an example,the paper systematically expounds the comprehensive application of BIM Technology in the design and construction of special-shaped buildings in large sports venues clusters,and actively innovates and expands the application of BIM+N new technology.
