摘要
目的 研究反式-芥子酸盐与平滑肌MMC的作用关系。方法 用分离提取出来的反式-芥子酸盐作用于大鼠平滑肌,观察症状变化情况。选取106例大鼠机械性肠梗阻导致的胀气为研究对象,对其随机分组,用不同方法治疗分析症状缓解程度,总结归纳反式-芥子酸盐在大鼠平滑肌MMC中的作用。结果 治疗组治疗机械性肠胀气明显优于对照组,并能有效预防尿潴留的发生。结论 单味中药莱菔子提取出来的反式-芥子酸盐,作用于大鼠胃肠平滑肌,能有效促使肠相反应增加Ach的活性,从而达到治疗肠胀气的作用,并对因肠胀气引起的尿潴留也有显著效果。
Objective To study the relationship between trans-erucate and MMC.Methods The isolated trans-erucate was used to treat the smooth muscle of rats to observe the change of symptoms.106 rats were randomly divided into two groups and treated with different methods.The degree of symptom relief was compared and analyzed.The effect of trans-sinapate on MMC was summarized.Results The Treatment Group treated mechanical flatulence significantly better than the control group,and can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary clay.Conclusion Single Chinese medicine extracted from Semen Raphani trans-mustard Salt,acting on the gastrointestinal smooth muscle of rats,can effectively promote the intestinal phase response to increase the activity of Ach,thereby achieving the role of treatment of flatulence,and also has the remarkable effect to the urine storage which causes because of the intestinal distension.
