摘要
阳江抽水蓄能电站发电电动机转轴与支臂为整体加工结构,磁轭采用分段制造技术,磁极采用双鸽尾结构,分段磁轭和磁极装配精度要求较高。在转子组装测圆工具功能失效情况下,给出了分段磁轭安装、调整、压紧和磁轭键的打紧工艺,并针对双鸽尾磁极挂装调整、磁极键的打紧和极间支撑连接工艺进行了阐述,提供了转子装配工艺控制参数。
The motor shaft and arm of Yangjiang Pumped Storage Power Station are integral processing structures.The yoke is fabricated by stages and the magnetic pole is made of two pigeon tails.The assembling accuracy of the segmented yoke and the magnetic pole is required to be high.In the case of failure of the circle measuring tool for rotor assembly,this paper describes the installation,adjustment,pressing and tightening processes of the segmented yoke.The process of mounting adjustment of magnetic pole,tightening of magnetic pole key and connection of pole support for double pigeon tail are elaborated,and the control parameters of rotor assembly process are provided.
