摘要
白鹤滩水电站是国家实施“西电东送”能源战略的骨干电源,其开发外送对于促进全国能源资源优化配置,有效提升电力保障能力具有重要意义。为充分利用水电资源,统筹兼顾整体效益,主要通过测算溪洛渡右岸、向家坝扩机电站的发电能力和剩余留存空间为基础,综合考虑可实施性、可操作性、适应性等因素,研究提出白鹤滩电站电量具体置换方案对比方案,根据不同置换方式下界河电站发电平衡度的对比,以实现更为均衡的电量留存为目标,对白鹤滩水电站电量留存云南置换方式进行了探讨。
Baihetan Hydropower Station is the backbone power source for implementing the energy strategy of"west-east power transmission".Its development and outbound is of great significance to promote the optimal allocation of national energy resources and effectively improve the power guarantee capacity.In order to make full use of hydropower resources and give overall consideration to overall benefits,this paper calculates the power generation capacity and remaining reserved space of the right bank of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba extension power station.Considering the factors of practicability,operability and adaptability,the specific replacement schemes of Baihetan Hydropower Station are studied and put forward.According to the comparison of power generation balance degree of Lower Limit River Hydropower Station with different replacement methods,in order to achieve more balanced power retention,this paper discusses the power retention of Baihetan Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province.
