摘要 钻(冲)孔灌注桩施工技术受限于简陋的成孔检测技术,施工人员往往在未及时准确了解成孔内壁形貌的情况下,进行后序施作,最终造成废桩。首先基于超声波成孔检测的成果文件提出更加准确的单一横截面内拟合圆画法——“三点迭代拟合圆画法”;继而将之与“既有拟合圆画法”进行比较,总结出三点迭代拟合圆画法的优势;最后通过Dynamo可视化编程将该画法在revit平台上开发出相应脚本,实现了可在现场实时准确进行成孔批量化建模的目标。 The construction technology of bored cast-in-place piles is limited by simple hole forming detection technology.Constructors often fail to timely and accurately understand the morphology of the bored inner wall and carry out subsequent construction,resulting in waste piles.Firstly,a more accurate circle drawing method,three-point iteration fitting circle drawing method,is put forward in this paper based on the result document of ultrasonic hole forming detection.Then this paper compares it with the existing fitting circle drawing method and summarizes the advantages of the three-point iteration fitting circle drawing method.Finally,the corresponding script is developed on Revit platform by Dynamo visual programming,which realizes the goal of accurate and real-time hole-forming batch modeling on-site.
