尿毒症血液透析患者冠脉钙化发生的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Coronary Artery Calcification in Uremic Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探究尿毒症血液透析患者发生冠脉钙化的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析45例尿毒症血液透析中发生冠脉钙化的患者资料纳入发生组,将同期45例尿毒症血液透析中未发生冠脉钙化的患者纳入未发生组。统计两组基线资料及实验室指标,经单因素与多因素分析尿毒症血液透析患者发生冠脉钙化的影响因素。结果 发生组高磷血症、糖尿病、血脂异常与未发生组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经多元Logistics回归分析检验结果显示,高磷血症、糖尿病、血脂异常是尿毒症血液透析患者冠脉钙化发生的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论 尿毒症血液透析患者冠脉钙化发生的影响因素可能是高磷血症、糖尿病、血脂异常。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods The data of 45 patients with coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis were retrospectively analyzed and included in the occurrence group.45 patients without coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis in the same period were included in the non occurrence group.The baseline data and laboratory indexes of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The influencing factors of coronary artery calcification in uremic hemodialysis patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results There was significant difference in hyperphosphatemia,diabetes and dyslipidemia between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistics regression analysis showed that hyperphosphatemia,diabetes and dyslipidemia were risk factors for coronary calcification in hemodialysis patients with uremia(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of coronary calcification in hemodialysis patients may be hyperphosphatemia,diabetes and dyslipidemia.
