红色资源融入高校“劳动与社会保障法”教学刍探

On the Integration of Red Resources into the Teaching of "Labor and Social Security Law" in Colleges and Universities

我国教育部门明确了“金课”打造目标,引导广大教师以教学为载体,将红色文化资源融入课程教学,从而实现立德树人目标,提升人才培养质量。红色文化是一部波澜壮阔的革命史、艰苦卓绝的奋斗史、可歌可泣的英雄史,其诠释着中国共产党人的勇敢与担当。高校“劳动与社会保障法”课程教师在教学中融入红色文化资源,有利于打造全新的教学体系,提升学生的综合能力,增强学生的使命感。文章对红色文化资源融入“劳动与社会保障法”课程教学进行探究,分析红色文化资源的引入必要性和教育价值,并提出两者有效融合的对策。

The education department of our country has made clear the goal of"golden course",guiding teachers to integrate red cultural resources into curriculum teaching with teaching as a carrier,so as to achieve the goal of foster character and civic virtue and improve the quality of talent training.Red culture is a magnificent revolutionary history,a history of arduous struggle,and a history of epic heroes,which explains the courage and responsibility of CPC.Teachers of the"labor and social security law"course in colleges and universities integrate red cultural resources into their teaching,which is conducive to creating a new teaching system,improving students'comprehensive ability and enhancing their sense of mission.This paper probes into the integration of red cultural resources into the teaching of the"labor and social security law"course,analyzes the necessity and educational value of the introduction of red cultural resources,and puts forward countermeasures for the effective integration of the two.
