摘要
现代学徒制作为实施产教融合的途径之一,是需要职教工作者深度探究的时代命题。基因—文化协同进化理论是职业院校深度实施现代学徒制的理论支撑,可对我国现代学徒制所面临的困境给予方法指导。依据基因—文化协同进化理论,职业院校和企业存在相同的“学徒制”基因,这就决定校企之间在合作内容上有共生性,在合作体系上有相对的完整性,在合作模式上有文化的多元性,在合作机制上有内生的协同性。运用后成法则,有效调解校企在各自后天发展中的基因进化和文化进化,能在校企之间构建互惠利他的协同关系。
Modern apprenticeship,as one of the ways to implement the integration of industry and education,is an era proposition that needs deep exploration by vocational educators.The theory of gene culture coevolution is the theoretical support for vocational colleges to implement modern apprenticeship in depth,and can give methodological guidance to the difficulties faced by modern apprenticeship in China.According to the theory of gene culture coevolution,vocational colleges and enterprises have the same"apprenticeship"gene,which determines that there is symbiosis in the content of cooperation between schools and enterprises,relative integrity in the cooperation system,cultural diversity in the cooperation mode,and endogenous synergy in the cooperation mechanism.By using the rule of posterity,we can effectively mediate the genetic evolution and cultural evolution of schools and enterprises in their respective postnatal development,and build a mutually beneficial and altruistic collaborative relationship between schools and enterprises.
