摘要 幼儿园生成课程实施存在的问题,应从教师、幼儿、幼儿园、家庭及社会方面探讨优化策略。要组织专家培训,明确生成课程的内涵外延,梳理预设和生成的关系;组织专题教研,进行模拟生成,增强教师信心;园内建立互学小组,听课学习,增强教师观察、反思、回应、引导等能力;关注生成课程质量过程性评价指标,引导教师在生成课程中适宜性和科学性地进行生成;调动幼儿自主学习内在动力,培养幼儿自主探究的能力;增强幼儿园对生成课程的支持力;激发家长、社区与幼儿园的共育合力。 The existing problems in the implementation of kindergarten generated curriculum should be discussed from the aspects of teachers,children,kindergartens,families and society.We should organize expert training,clarify the connotation and extension of the generated curriculum,and sort out the relationship between presupposition and generation;organize special teaching and research,conduct simulation generation,and enhance teachers'confidence;establish mutual learning groups in the park,listen to the lessons and learn,and enhance teachers'abilities of observation,reflection,response and guidance;pay attention to the process evaluation indicators of the generated curriculum quality,and guide teachers to generate the generated curriculum appropriately and scientifically;to mobilize the internal motivation of children's independent learning and cultivate their ability of independent inquiry;strengthening the support of kindergartens to generative curriculum;stimulate the joint educational ability of parents,communities and kindergartens.
