岩溶地区商业综合体基础设计

摘要 位于岩溶地区的某商业综合体建筑,为满足新的建筑方案且充分有效地控制造价,根据项目原设计的施工现状进行基础设计;经现场抽芯检测,工程桩存在孔底沉渣及持力层存在溶洞等情况,需对已施工灌注桩承载力折减。根据对该项目实际情况进行分析,最终选定“充分利用已施工灌注桩(折减承载力)+新增灌注桩(高层塔楼)+新增钢管桩基础(裙楼)”的方案;项目运用了大量的φ168钢管桩,单桩承载力特征值取600 kN,可供类似项目参考。 A commercial complex building located in a karst area,in order to meet the new construction plan and control the cost fully and effectively,the foundation design is carried out according to the construction status of the original design of the project.Tested by onsite core drawing,the engineering pile has sediment at the bottom of the hole and the cave in the holding layer,the bearing capacity of the constructed pouring pile needs to be reduced.Analysis based on the actual situation of the project.Finally,the scheme of“make full use of the constructed pouring pile(reducing the bearing capacity)+new pouring pile(high-rise tower)+new steel pipe pile foundation(podium)”was finally selecte.The project used a large number ofφ168 steel pipe piles,the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of a single pile is 600 kN,can be used as a reference for similar projects.
