钢渣树脂混合料在重载交通下高速公路养护应用研究

摘要 路面坑洞破损是高速公路运营维护中常见的难以一劳永逸修复的病害,不仅影响交通安全和路城环境景观,也影响道路交通畅顺和通行能力,降低道路服务质量。因此,为解决高速公路路面破损修补的问题,结合高质量发展、环境保护形势要求,本文研发了一种钢渣树脂修补材料,采用钢渣作为骨料、改性环氧树脂作为胶结料,并测试了其路用性能。室内试验测试结果表明:当钢渣掺量为骨料质量的50%时,钢渣树脂混合料的抗压强度、饱水率、膨胀性能和高温稳定性相对最佳。工程应用表明,钢渣树脂混合料在广州某高速公路路面破损修补后未出现质量问题,同时钢渣可替代传统天然砂石,实现固废资源化利用,具有良好的社会效益。 Road pothole damage is a common and difficult disease to be repaired once and for all in the operation and maintenance of expressway.It not only affects the traffic safety and the environment landscape of the road city,but also affects the smoothness and capacity of road traffic and reduces the quality of road service.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of repairing expressway pavement damage,combined with the requirements of high quality development and environmental protection situation,developed a kind of steel slag resin repair material,using steel slag as aggregate,modified epoxy resin as binder,and tested its road performance.The laboratory test results show that when the steel slag content is 50%of the aggregate mass,the steel slag resin mixture has the best compressive strength,water saturation,expansion performance and high temperature stability.The engineering application shows that the steel slag resin mixture has no quality problem after repairing the damaged pavement of a expressway in Guangzhou City,and the steel slag can replace the traditional natural sand and stone,realize the utilization of solid waste resources,and has good social benefits.
