摘要
对广东某高速公路立交辅道桥钢箱梁结构正交异性钢桥面板STC铺装后、行车数年分析为工程背景进行研究,该桥面铺装利用STC超高韧性混凝土的强度和韧性,将STC层与钢桥面板通过剪力钉的焊接形成一种组合结构,显著提高了钢桥面的整体刚度,阻止正交异性钢桥面板疲劳开裂,并同时保护桥面铺装层不出现损坏,有效解决了钢桥面疲劳裂纹和铺装易损坏的问题,降低后期的维护成本。
Studies the engineering background of orthotropic steel bridge deck of an overpass auxiliary road bridge in Guangdong Province after STC pavement and several years of driving analysis.The bridge deck pavement uses the strength and toughness of STC ultra-high toughness concrete to form a composite structure by welding the STC layer and the steel bridge deck through shear nails,which significantly improves the overall stiffness of the steel bridge deck and prevents fatigue cracking of the orthotropic steel bridge deck.At the same time,the bridge deck pavement is protected from damage,which effectively solves the problems of fatigue cracks on the steel bridge deck and easy damage to the pavement,and reduces the later maintenance cost.
