交通繁忙路段密贴管线浅埋暗挖过路通道施工技术

摘要 目前在城市建设过程中,过街地下通道常需下穿交通繁忙且管线密集道路,为尽量减少施工过程中对交通的不利影响和降低管线迁改难度,常使用顶管法和浅埋暗挖法,但针对覆土少、管线密贴难度大的暗挖施工过街通道方法较少。通过对依托工程研究,总结出一套采用微型管幕超前支护、超前小导管预注浆、中隔壁法和在路面铺筑防滑厚钢板等综合性浅埋暗挖施工技术,该技术可提高施工的安全稳定性,简易高效,且施工过程中无需占用上方道路,可将对环境造成的不利影响降至最低限度,给类似工程起到借鉴作用。 At present in the process of urban construction,underground passage often need to wear busy traffic and pipeline dense road,to minimize the adverse impact in the process of construction and reduce the difficulty of pipeline to change,often use pipe jacking and shallow buried excavation method,but for less soil,pipeline paste difficult excavation construction method is less.The author by relying on engineering research,summarizes a set of micro tube curtain advance support,advance small pipe pre-grouting,adjacent method and antiskid thick steel plate pavement comprehensive shallow buried excavation construction technology,the technology can improve the construction safety and stability,simple and efficient,and need not occupy the road in the construction process,can reduce the adverse impact on the environment to a minimum,play a reference role for similar engineering.
