山体护坡装配式格构梁施工技术

摘要 针对山体护坡装配式格构梁施工技术进行研究,格构梁节点单元体采用预制装配式施工,减少钢筋、模板在斜坡上安装的施工难度;预制单元体构件通过预留锚杆孔便于工字钢与锚杆焊接固定,有效解决锚杆与预制格构梁的连接问题,操作简便;单元体间连梁采用简易轻便的定型塑料模板,通过对拉螺栓可与预制单元体快捷安装和拆除,质量安全可靠,减少边坡暴露时间,也减少了现场边坡安装模板、钢筋的工作量,降低施工风险,同时也减少了周转材料的消耗,有显著的经济效益和社会效益。 This technology is researched on the construction technology of assembled lattice beams for mountain slope protection.The lattice beam node unit body adopts prefabricated assembly construction,which reduces the construction difficulty of installing steel bars and formwork on the slope.The I-beam and the anchor rod are welded and fixed,which effectively solves the connection problem between the anchor rod and the prefabricated lattice beam.Demolition,the quality is safe and reliable,and the corresponding new construction technology has been formed.
