摘要 采用“三低一高”(低水胶比、低坍落度、低砂率和高磨细矿渣掺量)法配制高性能混凝土,可提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能3~5倍,泵送混凝土中掺入适量优质粉煤灰,不仅能改善混凝土和易性、提高流动性,而且能显著改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,同时掺入适量粉煤灰有助于降低混凝土的成本。优质粉煤灰与矿渣复掺,可以克服大掺量矿渣掺入所引起的和易性不良问题,而且能在满足工程强度和耐久性要求的前提下,降低混凝土成本。 The“three lows and one high”method(low water-binder ratio,low slump,low sand rate and high content of finely ground slag)is used to prepare high-performance concrete,which can improve the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete by 3~5 times.Incorporating an appropriate amount of high-quality fly ash into concrete can not only improve the workability and fluidity of concrete,but also significantly improve the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete.Mixing high-quality fly ash with slag can overcome the problem of poor workability caused by adding a large amount of slag,and can reduce the cost of concrete under the premise of meeting the requirements of engineering strength and durability.
