摘要
在不改变窑规格的前提下,通过扩大分解炉的体积和旋风预热器系统的改造,增加水泥生产线的熟料产量,目前看来,这是短期内降低单产热耗,提高总体经济效益的理想途径。针对本公司原日产5 000 t/d熟料生产线在综合能效提升技改后,目标产量6 500 t/d时,近似理论分析表明:窑内的火焰温度大约需要提高40℃以上,通过生产调试,提产后的窑头燃烧器和燃烧器的操作理念需要调整。
Under the premise of not changing the kiln specifications, the clinker output of the cement production line can be increased by expanding the volume of the calciner and reforming the cyclone preheater system. At present, this is an ideal way to reduce the heat consumption per unit output and improve the overall economic benefits in the short term. For the original 5 000 t/d clinker production line of the company, after the comprehensive energy efficiency improvement and technical transformation, when the target output is 60500 t/d, the approximate theoretical analysis shows that the flame temperature in the kiln needs to be increased by more than 40 ℃.Through production commissioning, the operation concept of the kiln burner and burner after the improvement needs to be adjusted.
