非正式组织视角下领导行为对煤矿工人不安全行为博弈分析 被引量:6

摘要 煤矿工人不安全行为导致的煤矿重大事故所占比率高达96.7%,而以往研究忽视了非正式组织群体中核心人物领导行为对煤矿工人不安全行为的影响。为检验非正式组织领导行为对煤矿工人不安全行为影响理论假设,以煤矿工人满意度作为中介,运用演化博弈理论建立理论关系模型探究三者之间的动态联系。通过对某煤矿非正式组织团体、成因等调研结果的数据进行可靠性分析,将不同情形下煤矿工人对核心人物不安全行为的跟随策略量化。研究结果表明,在不同情形下煤矿工人对不安全行为的选择概率范围随核心人物领导行为的变化而波动,同时也会出现演化均衡状态,用于确定各类情形下的临界值状态。以上分析过程得出非正式组织核心人物的不同领导行为与煤矿工人不安全行为倾向性显著相关,而煤矿工人满意度起到中介作用。本研究丰富煤矿工人不安全行为研究理论,同时研究成果适用于煤炭企业加强行为安全管理,优化煤炭企业安全领导模式,减少煤矿工人不安全行为,促进煤炭企业安全管理水平的提升。 The proportion of major coal mine accidents caused by unsafe behavior of coal miners is as high as 96.7%,and previous studies have ignored the influence of leadership behavior of core figures in informal organization on unsafe behavior of coal miners.In order to test the theoretical hypothesis of the influence of informal organization leadership behavior on coal miners’unsafe behavior,this study takes coal miners’satisfaction as an intermediary,and uses evolutionary game theory to establish a theoretical relationship model to explore the dynamic relationship among the three.Through the reliability analysis of the survey results of informal organization groups and causes in a coal mine,the following strategies of coal miners’unsafe behaviors of core figures under different circumstances are quantified.The results show that under different circumstances,the probability range of coal miners’choice of unsafe behavior fluctuates with the change of the leadership behavior of the core figures,and there will also be an evolutionary equilibrium state,which is used to determine the critical value state in various situations.The above analysis process shows that the different leadership behaviors of the core figures in informal organizations are significantly related to the unsafe behavior tendency of coal miners,and the satisfaction of coal miners plays an intermediary role.This study enriches the research theory of unsafe behaviors of coal miners.At the same time,the research results are applicable to coal enterprises to strengthen behavioral safety management,optimize the safety leadership mode of coal enterprises,reduce the unsafe behaviors of coal miners,and promote the safety management level of coal enterprises.
