Rh表型检测在康复医院输血患者中的应用初探

摘要 Rh血型作为重要性仅次于ABO系统的重要血型系统,对其抗原及抗体的研究是临床输血工作上重要的一环。目前Rh血型系统的研究认为,人血液中不存在抗Rh的天然抗体,只有当Rh表型抗原阴性血液接受Rh表型抗原阳性血液输血后,才能产生抗Rh抗体,Rh系统的抗体主要是IgG,分子量小,可透过胎盘[1~4]。目前已发现40多种Rh抗原,与临床关系最密切的5种为D、E、C、c、e,其中D抗原以其对机体可能造成的后果最严重.
