摘要
为提高钢铁连铸切割利用率和铸坯量,研究连铸系统的切割方案。基于整数规划,以切割损失为优化目标,以用户要求、工艺参数、异常处理等为限制条件,建立并求解自动连铸切割模型,获取最优化方案;当连续切割出现异常时,根据两次异常出现时刻间的局部优化得到全局最优化切割方案,必要时改变当前切割方案;另外,针对恰好满足用户目标长度和精度的两项需求对算法进行了改进。
The cutting scheme of continuous casting system is studied to improve the cutting utilization rate and casting volume of steel continuous casting:Based on integer programming,the cutting loss is taken as the optimization target,and user requirements,process parameters,and abnormality handling are used as constraints to build a model for automatic solutions of continuous casting cutting so as to obtain the optimal scheme.When abnormalities occur in continuous cutting,the global optimal cutting scheme is obtained from the local optimization between the two abnormal occurrences,or from the changes made to the current cutting scheme if necessary.In addition,the algorithm is improved to meet the two requirements of the user’s target value and accuracy.
