型钢削弱不对称抗弯截面设计方法

摘要 为更好地给工业化型钢连接装配式(Steel connecting Prefabricated Concrete,SPC)梁柱节点匹配不对称配筋梁截面,通过改进SPC节点中H型钢削弱(Reduced Beam Section,RBS)构造,采用截面分析法研究了翼缘削弱比、压板宽度比和压板厚度比对抗弯截面模量的影响。结果表明:当强侧翼缘压板对受压时,翼缘削弱比、压板宽度比和压板厚度比增大,均导致截面模量先线性增大后趋于稳定;当弱侧翼缘压板对受压时,翼缘削弱比增大导致截面模量快速线性增大,截面模量在压板宽度比增大时基本保持稳定,随压板厚度比增大而缓慢增长。基于对抗弯截面模量影响规律的认识,提出了型钢不对称抗弯截面的设计方法,以供工程实践参考。 In order to better match industrial SPC(Steel connecting Prefabricated Concrete)column-beam joints with asymmetric reinforcement section of beam,the structure of RBS(Reduced Beam Section)of H profile steel in SPC joints is improved,and the analysis of section is conducted to investigate the effect of the reduced flange ratio,width and thickness ratios of compression plate on the section modulus.The results show that when compression plates on strong side of flange are compressed,with the increase of reduced flange ratio,width and thickness ratios of compression plate,the section modulus increases rapidly first and then gradually flattens out.When compression plates on weak side of flange are compressed,the increase of reduced flange ratio results in the rapid linear increase of section modulus,while the increase of width ratio of compression plate brings almost no change to section modulus,and the increased thickness ratio of compression plate causes a slow increase of section modulus.Based on the change rule of section modulus,a design method of asymmetric reduction section for anti-bending capacity is proposed,which can be referenced for engineering practice.
