摘要
为了实现插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)无同步器与无离合器换挡,可采用一对啮合齿轮替代同步器与离合器。通过分析换挡过程的要素与机制,建立与之匹配的控制策略模型,以实现对发动机和电机的转速控制,进而控制啮合齿轮的速差。最终通过对模型内多参数的修正、实车测试与标定得到如下结果:当啮合齿轮速差值在15~30 r/min时,换挡品质最优。
In order to realize synchronizerless&clutchless shifting of PHEV,a pair of meshing gears are used to replace the synchronizer&clutch mechanism.By analyzing the elements and mechanism of the shifting process,a matching control strategy model is established to realize the speed control of the engine and the motor,and then the speed difference of the meshing gears can be controlled.Finally,the following results are obtained through the correction of multi-parameters in the model,real vehicle testing and calibration:when the meshing gear speed difference falls between 15 r/min and 30 r/min,the shift quality is the best.
