A Study of the Strategies for Full-time Organizers to Play Their Roles in Party-building among Students in Universities in the New Era

高校专职组织员是推进高校学生党支部建设的重要力量。当前,高校学生党建工作主要存在政治引领作用不够突出、支部设置不够优化、队伍建设缺乏专业化等问题,高校专职组织员要从加强政治引领、助力学生党支部建设、把严学生党员发展与后续教育质量关、创新和搞活学生党支部活动入手,全面提升学生党支部建工作的实效,提升学生党员的质量,为党育人,为国育才。

Full-time organizers in universities are an important force in promoting the construction of Party organizations of college students.At present,Party building among college students is being challenged with problems such as insufficient political leadership,insufficient optimization of branch settings,and lack of specialization in team building.To cope with the situation,full-time organizers should start by strengthening political guidance,helping the construction of student Party branches,strictly controlling the development of student Party members and the quality of follow-up education,innovating and invigorating student Party branch activities to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of student Party building work,enhance the quality of student Party members,and educate students for the Party and the country.
