本文分析了当前服装专业学生的就业形式,服装发展形式及行业对学生的要求,从教师及教改角度分析高校现状及其产生原因。为保障高校培养出的学生能够快速适应社会发展及行业要求,需要更加专业化、职业化面向市场的教学培养方式的服装教师团队保障。将服装设计师与服装教师“双师”相结合的教学模式推行在服装专业教学当中,学校积极与企业建立良好的互帮互助政策,对服装专业学生实施理论授课与企业实践相结合的课程计划,达到学校提升教学能力、企业获得有效人才、学生综合能力提升的三赢效果。

An analysis was made of current employment situation of students from clothing major,the development of the industry and its demands over students,and current development of colleges and universities as well as the causes of existing problems from the perspective of teachers and education reform.To ensure that the students can quickly adapt to social development and industry requirements,it is necessary to build a team of more specialized and professionalized teachers with market-facing teaching methods.The implementation of the teaching mode of combining clothing designers and clothing teachers and the mutual assistance between schools and enterprises will help with the implementation of a curriculum that combines theoretical teaching and enterprise practice for clothing students,which will achieve the win-win effect wherein schools can improve the teaching ability,enterprises can recruit quality talents,and students can improve the comprehensive ability.
