班级管理中德育渗透之探索

摘要 青少年学生正处于生活习惯与学习习惯刚刚形成的关键时期,学校在对其进行教育管理的过程中,通过渗透相关的德育内容,能够在一定程度上对其性格和思想道德观念起到良好的正向引导作用。在班级管理过程中进行德育渗透,班主任应强化学习,提升德育水平,搭建平台,建立班级管理德育体系,因材施教,开展个性化教学管理,家校合作,融合多方力量,使学生养成良好的学习和生活习惯,提高思想道德修养。 Young students are in a critical period when their living habits and learning habits have just been formed.In the process of education and management,schools can play a positive role in guiding their personality and moral concepts to a certain extent by infiltrating relevant moral education content.In the process of class management,moral education should be infiltrated.The head teacher should strengthen studying,improve the level of moral education,build a platform,establish a class management moral education system,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,carry out personalized teaching management,cooperate with home and school,and integrate multiple forces,so that students can develop good learning and living habits and improve their ideological and moral cultivation.
