摘要
采用已有成熟量表对高职院校教师进行了问卷调查,通过对数据进行整理和分析,探讨职业高原对高职院校教师工作绩效的影响机制。结果表明,高职院校教师的职业高原呈中等程度水平,工作绩效呈较高程度水平,职业高原维度中的动机高原与中心化高原对高职院校教师的工作绩效有显著的负向影响,而结构高原和内容高原的影响不显著。
Using the existing mature scale,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on teachers in higher vocational colleges.Through sorting out and analyzing the data,this paper discusses the mechanism of the impact of vocational plateau on teachers'work performance in higher vocational colleges.The results show that the vocational plateau of teachers in higher vocational colleges is at a medium level,and their work performance is at a high level.Motivation plateau and centralization plateau in the dimension of vocational plateau have significant negative effects on the work performance of teachers in higher vocational colleges,while the influence of structure plateau and content plateau is not significant.
