小学体育学习方式转变与课后服务联系的思考

摘要 “双减”政策减轻了学生课后学习的压力,为学生留出了更多课余时间。充分利用这段时间开展体育课后服务,不仅能够提高学生身体素质,培养学生运动习惯,而且能转变学生的体育学习方式。体育教学方式转变要从优化服务内容和方式着手,通过充分调研了解学生喜好,尽可能提供满足学生需求的体育项目。还需转变家长和教师的观念,使其摒弃“应试教育”思想,提高对体育锻炼重视程度,促进体育课后服务的有效开展。 The"double reduction"policy has reduced the pressure on students to learn after class,leaving more spare time for students.Making full use of this time to carry out after-school sports services can not only improve students'physical quality,cultivate their sports habits,but also change their sports learning methods.The transformation of physical education teaching mode should start from optimizing the service content and mode,and understand students'preferences through full investigation,so as to provide sports items that meet students'needs as much as possible.It is also necessary to change the concept of parents and teachers,so that they can abandon the idea of"examination oriented education",pay more attention to physical exercise,and promote the effective development of after-school sports services.
