管理型人才培养视角下的中职会计专业教学研究

Research on Accounting Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Management Talents Cultivate

随着经济快速发展,社会对会计人才的要求越来越高。中职学校是培养实用型人才的重要场所,肩负着培养管理型会计人才的重任。然而,在当前阶段,中职会计专业教学还存在较多问题,如果这些问题得不到有效解决,中职学校培养出来的会计人才将很难适应以后的工作岗位。文章从管理型会计人才概述入手,分析中职会计专业教学存在的问题,并对管理型人才培养视角下的中职会计专业教学策略进行探究,以期达成中职学校会计专业的人才培养目标。

With the rapid development of economy,the society has higher and higher requirements for accounting talents.The secondary vocational school is an important place to cultivate practical talents,which shoulders the responsibility of cultivating managerial accounting talents.However,at the current stage,there are still many problems in secondary vocational accounting teaching.If these problems are not effectively solved,the accounting talents trained by secondary vocational schools will be difficult to adapt to the future jobs.This article starts with the overview of management oriented accounting talents,analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of accounting major in secondary vocational schools,and explores the teaching strategies of accounting major in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of management oriented talent training,in order to achieve the goal of talent training of accounting major in secondary vocational schools.
