“双减”政策是基于立德树人根本任务的教育改革新思路,是教育国策落实的有效保障。在“双减”背景下,道德与法治教师必须设法增强课堂趣味性,提高课程吸引力,设计科学作业,以有效达成课程教学目标。文章从“双减”政策的内涵和意义入手,分析当前道德与法治课堂教学存在的问题,并从提升课程趣味、聚焦核心素养、设计有效作业等方面,对基于“双减”政策的道德与法治课堂实施策略进行探究,以期达成道德与法治课程的“减负增效”目标。

The"double reduction"policy is a new idea of educational reform based on the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and is an effective guarantee for the implementation of the national policy of education.Under the background of"double reduction",teachers of morality and rule of law must try to enhance the interest of the classroom,improve the attractiveness of the curriculum,and design scientific assignments to effectively achieve the teaching objectives of the curriculum.The article starts with the connotation and significance of the"double reduction"policy,analyzes the problems existing in the current moral and rule of law classroom teaching,and explores the implementation strategy of the moral and rule of law classroom based on the"double reduction"policy from the aspects of improving the curriculum interest,focusing on core competence,designing effective homework,so as to achieve the goal of"reducing the burden and increasing the efficiency"of the moral and rule of law curriculum.
