Research on the Path of"Red Boat Spirit"Integrating into the Construction of Student Cadres in Medical Colleges

学生干部是学生管理工作的重要参与者,是教师和学生沟通信息、传递信息的重要桥梁和纽带。“红船精神”是红色革命精神之一,即“开天辟地、敢为人先的首创精神,坚定理想、百折不挠的奋斗精神,立党为公、忠诚为民的奉献精神”。文章从“红船精神”融入医学院校学生干部队伍建设的重要意义入手,分析医学院校学生干部队伍现状,指出学生干部队伍建设面临的困难,并从几个方面对“红船精神”融入医学院校学生干部队伍建设的路径进行探讨。

Student cadres are important participants in student management,as well as important bridges and ties for teachers and students to communicate and transfer information.The"red boat spirit"is one of the red revolutionary spirits,that is,"the pioneering spirit of breaking new ground and daring to be the first,the spirit of firm ideals and indomitable struggle,and the spirit of dedication to the public and the people".Starting from the significance of the integration of the"red boat spirit"into the construction of the student cadre team in medical colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of the student cadre team in medical colleges and universities,points out the difficulties faced by the construction of the student cadre team,and discusses the path of the integration of the"red boat spirit"into the construction of the student cadre team in medical colleges and universities from several aspects.
