移民区小学是移民区为移民随迁子女提供的读书场所。在移民区小学中,教师应将更多关注点放在移民区小学学困生的学习过程上,并根据不同学困生的不同特点,为其制订完善的“一生一案”语文学习计划,以帮助他们快速适应新的学习生活,提升学习成效,实现转化。文章从移民区小学学困生的成因入手,对“一生一案”教学模式的具体实施方案进行分析,并从课前预习、课堂教学、课后巩固三个阶段对移民区小学语文学困生“一生一案”转化策略进行探究。
