移民区小学语文学困生“一生一案”转化成效研究

摘要 移民区小学是移民区为移民随迁子女提供的读书场所。在移民区小学中,教师应将更多关注点放在移民区小学学困生的学习过程上,并根据不同学困生的不同特点,为其制订完善的“一生一案”语文学习计划,以帮助他们快速适应新的学习生活,提升学习成效,实现转化。文章从移民区小学学困生的成因入手,对“一生一案”教学模式的具体实施方案进行分析,并从课前预习、课堂教学、课后巩固三个阶段对移民区小学语文学困生“一生一案”转化策略进行探究。 The primary school in the immigrant area is a place for the children of immigrants to study in the immigrant area.In the primary schools in the immigrant areas,teachers should pay more attention to the learning process of the poor students in the primary schools in the immigrant areas,and according to the different characteristics of different poor students,formulate a perfect"one students one case"language learning plan for them to help them quickly adapt to the new learning life,improve their learning effectiveness and achieve transformation.The article starts with the causes of the poor students in the primary schools in the immigrant areas,analyzes the specific implementation plan of the"one students one case"teaching model,and explores the transformation strategy of the"one students one case"for the poor students in the primary schools in the immigrant areas from three stages:pre class preview,classroom teaching,and post class consolidation.
