广东省内河船舶水污染物深化治理方案研究

Research on Deepening Treatment Scheme of Water Pollutants from Inland River Ships in Guangdong Province

文章基于经验公式法测算了内河船舶水污染物产生量,分析了内河船舶水污染物接收、转运及处置现状与存在的问题,提出了船舶水污染物港口接收设施、城镇生活污水管网设施、本地含油污水处理设施和监测平台的建设方案,以及强化行业管理、创新监管模式的运管方案。

This paper calculates the production of water pollutants from inland river ships based on the empirical formula method,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of receiving,transferring and disposing of water pollutants from inland river ships,and puts forward the construction plan of port reception facilities for water pollutants from ship,urban domestic sewage pipe network facilities,local oily wastewater treatment facilities,monitoring platform,and the operation and management plan of strengthening industry management and innovating supervision mode.
