摘要 本文综合考虑高速公路选线影响因素,建立涵盖4个一级指标和14个二级指标的高速公路选线评价模型。采用层次分析法确定指标权重后使用模糊层次法对可行性方案进行模糊评价选取最优方案。首次将“三线一单”生态环境分区管控方案应用于公路选线评价中,对以往难以用货币表示的生态指标进行定量处理,将难以量化的指标做模糊处理。并以实例对模型进行验证,结果证明该法在实际工程中具有一定实用性。 This paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors of expressway route selection,and establishes the expressway route selection evaluation model covering 4 first-level indexes and 14 second-level indexes. After the index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the feasibility scheme and select the best scheme. For the first time,the “three lines and one order” ecological environment zoning management and control scheme is applied to the evaluation of highway route selection,which quantifies the ecological indicators that are difficult to be expressed in the past,and fuzzes the indicators that are difficult to be quantified. The model is verified by an example,and the results show that the method is practical in practical engineering.
