摘要
本文分别采用燃烧炉法与离心分离法分离沥青混合料回收料(RAP)的旧沥青,研究不同分离方法对不同粒径的再生集料毛体积相对密度的影响,并提出了针对再生集料毛体积相对密度的修正计算方法。结果表明,采用燃烧炉法、离心分离法处理RAP得到再生集料后测得的毛体积相对密度均偏小;再生集料粒径越小,毛体积相对密度测定误差越大,进行修正后可使实测值接近于集料的真实毛体积相对密度。
In this paper,combustion furnace method and centrifugal separation method are used to separate the old asphalt of reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP),the influence of different separation methods on the bulk specific gravity of recycled aggregate with different particle sizes was studied,and a modified calculation method for the bulk specific gravity of recycled aggregate was proposed. The results show that after RAP is treated by combustion furnace method and centrifugal separation method,the bulk specific gravity measured by net basket method is small.The smaller the particle size of recycled aggregate is,the greater the measurement error of bulk specific gravity is.After correction,the measured value can be close to the real gross volume relative density of aggregate.
