压制压力对Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金微波烧结组织的影响 被引量:2

Effect of pressing pressure on microwave sintering structure of Cu_(60)Cr_(40) Alloy

摘要 采用机械合金化和冷压微波烧结法制备了Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金,并测定合金的致密度和相组成,研究了不同压制压力下Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金组织的演变规律。结果表明:Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金粉体和冷压坯组织呈层片状;随压制压力的提高,Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金冷压坯的致密程度逐渐提高,冷态下由疏松逐渐密实,成形性提高;在微波烧结后Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金组织呈现层片状,随压制压力的增加晶界逐渐明显,空隙减少,致密度增加。 Cu_(60)Cr_(40)alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying and cold pressing microwave sintering.The density and phase composition of the alloy were measured.and the microstructure evolution of Cu_(60)Cr_(40)alloy under different pressing pressures was studied.The results show that the microstructure of Cu_(60)Cr_(40)alloy powder and cold pressing greenbody is lamellar.With the increase of pressing pressure,the green density of Cu_(60)Cr_(40)alloy gradually increases.Under cold state,the density gradually increases from loose to dense,and the formability improves.After microwave sintering,the microstructure of Cu_(60)Cr_(40)alloy is lamellar.With the increase of pressing pressure,the grain boundary becomes obvious gradually,the void decreases,and the density increases.
