架空乘人装置钢丝绳检测磁场仿真与算法设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了对架空乘人装置的钢丝绳的损伤情况进行精准评估,利用漏磁原理对钢丝绳损伤进行检测。通过建立钢丝绳三维模型,利用Maxwell对检测对象受损周边磁场分布进行仿真,分析其磁场分布,并将磁传感器采集到的磁场数据导入BP神经网络进行训练,得到钢丝绳损伤情况数学模型。经过训练集检测,该模型预测钢丝绳损伤精准度高达94.5%,极大地提高了检测效率。 In order to accurately evaluate the damage of wire rope of overhead passenger device, the wire rope damage is detected by using the principle of leakage magnetism.The wire rope damage is detected by using the principle of magnetic leakage. By establishing a three-dimensional model of the wire rope, Maxwell is used to simulate the magnetic field distribution around the damaged object and analyze its magnetic field distribution;the magnetic field data collected by the magnetic sensor is imported into a BP neural network for training to obtain a mathematical model of the wire rope damage. After the training set detection, the model predicts the wire rope damage with an accuracy of 94.5%, which greatly improves the detection efficiency.
