基于可变刚度和阻尼的采煤机旋转接头研究

摘要 提出了一种具有刚度和阻尼特性可调的旋转磁流变接头。通过分析,得出旋转磁流变接头的等效可变刚度和阻尼原理,并设计了旋转磁流变接头的结构和参数,测量了旋转磁流变接头模型的可变刚度和阻尼特性。测试结果表明,旋转磁流变接头的可变刚度和阻尼特性可以通过可变输入电流独立地进行调整。实验结果与理论结果吻合。 A rotating magnetorheological joint with adjustable stiffness and damping characteristics is proposed. The structure and parameters of the rotating magnetorheological joint were designed and the variable stiffness and damping characteristics of the rotating magnetorheological joint model were measured. The test results show that the variable stiffness and damping characteristics of the rotating magnetorheological joint can be independently adjusted by variable input currents. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
