摘要
针对传统的锚杆钻机仅能进行单独打钻,无法进行多点快速同步支护的问题,介绍了组合式锚杆钻机支护平台的主要设计要求,基于模块化与集成化的设计思路,设计了一种组合式锚杆钻机支护平台,并为该平台设计了液压系统与电控系统。应用该平台,可对矿井巷道顶板及侧帮进行同步打钻,并进行快速支护,实现了巷道快速掘进,取得了较好的应用效果。
In view of the problem that traditional anchor drilling rigs can only drill individually and cannot perform multi-point fast and synchronous support, the main design requirements of the combined anchor drilling rig support platform are introduced, and based on the modular and integrated design idea, a combined anchor drilling rig support platform is designed, and the hydraulic system and electric control system are designed for the platform. The platform can be used for simultaneous drilling of the roof and side gang of the mine shaft and for rapid support, and the roadway can be dug quickly, achieving good application results.
